If you’re collaborative, pay attention to detail, and are willing to learn, this is the role for you! Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is looking for a Revenue Auditor to collect and balance all casino revenue streams and transactions.

 

This role audits the entire gamut of casino transactions to accurately report revenue, variances, and/or exceptions to satisfy both Company and regulatory requirements. Important to the vitality of the casino, you’ll be collecting reports across all the departments to ensure transactions are balanced. In a department that values growth and promotes within, cross-training is an important aspect of this role, so you’re not only team building but learning to work a new audit every day.

 

Where You'll Make an Impact

  • Responsible for verifying the different revenue streams derived from gaming operations like Video Lottery Terminal Operations, Slot-Jackpots, Table Games, Food and Beverage, Marketing, Main Cage, ATM/TRU Machines and other revenue and documentation as generated by various departments.
  • Issues exception reports for violations of company policies and procedures, PGCB regulations and Federal and State laws.
  • Analyzes and creates spreadsheets, complies with all company policies and procedures, PGCB regulations and Federal and State laws.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
  • Responsible for auditing shift reports for all areas of gaming operations.
  • Audits the issue, retention, and transmittal of various regulatory forms such as W2G’s, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARC), and Currency Transactions Reports (CTR)

Skills You'll Need to Succeed

  • Ideal candidate should possess adequate Microsoft Office Skills including Excel, and Word.
  • Additionally, candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate across all levels of the organization, including state regulators, and governmental institutions such as IRS and FINCEN.
  • Strong organizational, planning and communication and PC skills.
  • Knowledgeable in creating and analyzing spread sheets or similar data reporting.
  • Must be a team player.

A Few Must Haves

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associate Degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
  • Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
